I wanted to draw Eleven with that palette; and because these colours so romantic, I even sketched River besides him, but once I coloured it, I saw it would be 100% horrible. Sorry, you two, I'll draw you in more fitting colours. Instead, have this little cutie. It's just a quick sketch, but I like how the eyes turned out. I guess you can adopt it for a little point donation, if you want.

Make sure this crap isn't stolen by survirocdeloawwavii. The guy likes to manipulate HTTYD/Spyro-ish/cartoon dragon artists like you into thinking that they want to learn from artists like you, learn how to make quality pictures like this. The guy also has a reputation for stealing full pictures, reuploading them, and not giving credit to the original artist.

Your artwork is good, but be careful about this guy. He has a bit of a bitter history.
